A major Russian IT integrator, with its own production of high-performance computing hardware and software systems, is launching an internal AI implementation project that will encompass all key departments and positions within the company – from system architects and engineers to marketing and finance.

The company's management invited our team to explore the challenges of evaluating the effectiveness of complex AI implementation projects.
The expected outcome of this work is a scientifically validated methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of complex AI implementation projects for real enterprises and a case study with calculated metrics based on this example.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams at a real, modern, high-tech company to understand the business model and key features of its’ systems.

The results of this project can form the basis for further MS and PhD research.

Candidate requirements:
➔ The ideal candidate will have experience in systems analysis, the use of AI tools, and a keen interest in modern technologies.
➔ Knowledge of modeling and systems analysis technologies is essential.
➔ English language proficiency is not required.
